Unfortunately for Mowen but great for me, these leather products last forever!!! My Leather Checkbook Wallet is so well-made, well-designed and fabulously broken-in that I doubt I would really "need" a new one in the next several years. I keep checking in for a sale on the Leather Checkbook Wallet because I really "want" another one, and I am afraid it won't be available when my current one really "needs" to be replaced. What a conundrum. I would give one as a gift, but it is out of the price range my family and friends typically give within. Sigh! I can say unequivocally that consumers would not be sorry to own these Mowen leather products. BTW, do not be alarmed by any stiffness or strong scent of your new leather product. In no time at all, your new product will be soft and supple and scent-free.

Haven't received my product yet (will get it tomorrow). But I have to go ahead and say (as many others have) that the customer service at this company is superb. I emailed several times with questions about the product and shipping - received a response within 15 minutes each and ever time. I am not sure who the person(s) is/are who work in customer service - but someone better give them a raise.
Kudos also to the shipping process. My item was ordered on a holiday afternoon and Leatherstuff had it shipped by the following morning.
I'm not sure why other companies can't match such shipping and service - they could learn something from this company.

This was the large fanny pack that I had used every day for at least five years. I sent it back to Leatherstuff to be fixed. They promptly fixed it, spit-shined it and sent it back, looking like new. No charge. Their customer service is as outstanding as the quality of the leather pieces they produce!
