I have my order and I must admit I am NOT at all disappointed.
Initially, I ordered two bags and returned them both.
One was too large and the other was too small.What did I know.
When I reordered, I had a general idea of what 'size' to expect and reordered several different bags. I had to wait while one bag was being made (how is that for service - smile) and then waited a week to receive my order.
I must admit, I was not happy about having to wait.
The purse I was currently using was definitely on its last leg, and while waiting, the ultimate insult...the zipper broke. Finally, the purse had totally fallen apart.
I have not had time to go through all the bags I ordered (4) but the one I did take out and am using until the end of the day is FABULOUS.
I ordered it in seafoam green and it is gorgeous.The quality of the leather and the workmanship is excellent.It as two internal zipper pockets. Usually they are fabric and they are the first thing to tear. Not these. They are made out of leather backed with fabric. Fabulous.
I can hardly wait to go home and go through the other three items waiting in the box.
Yes, I paid a little more. And yes, my "mind's eye" led me astray the first time. I don't regret a penny of the money I spent and am looking forward to doing further business with Leatherstuff.com

Great customer service--I had a problem with method of payment of an order to be shipped to a different address than the billing address. I kept calling my son to see if he received his wallet was disappointed when he said he did not. I finally checked my emails and found out about this problem. I sent a reply and lo and behold the problem was resolved and notification received the merchandise was shipped all this in one day. Great service which will have me 1) tell other people about this company and its great merchandise, and 2) have me order in the future.

Re: Large open pleated shoulder bag. I received this purse within 48 hr using the least expensive method of shipping. It is an awesome bag and I love it. I did find that the strap was much too long for me, being just over 5 ft tall. I contacted Leatherstuff.com and they graciously stated they would shorten my strap for no charge and ship it back to me. I sent it UPS on a Wed and had it back by Friday. I could not believe it. Now the bag is absolutely perfect. The leather is like butter, so soft. I ordered the black, not exciting- but I needed a black, everyday purse that would hold all of my gear and this one fits the bill perfectly. I also ordered the deluxe checkbook wallet and it is delicious. I treat all my leather with the apple leather conditioner and they are gorgeous. I love this company and their customer service is superb. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so. I am back to order my mom and myself the accordian credit card holders. This is my 2nd purse by the way, the first was the large pleated pocket leather shoulder bag and I love it beyond description also. I already posted a review of it when I received it.
